Congratulations to Lainy Black for her film ‘Gri

Congratulations to Lainy Black for her film ‘Grief Encounter’, which is premiering on the world’s stage at the Rotterdam International Film Festival on the 29th of January. It premieres alongside some very exciting pieces, such as the ‘Sunshine State’, a new projection work by Steve McQueen. We are also celebrating the film’s success after winning the Baron Prize 2022 which recognises artists, photographers and filmmakers who have created projects investigating gender, sex, sexuality and identity politics.
